Nowadays more and more highly qualified employees want to combine a career with family and children. This is often frustrated by the problem of childcare. To avoid this, the aim of BioRegio e.V. with the childcare center Bio Kids is to provide daycare at the Innovation and Startup Center for Biotechnology IZB in Martinsried near Munich.

Since 2002 the childcare centers Bio Kids and Bio Kids² have offered working parents daycare places for their children from the age of 1 to 6 years until starting primary school. Opening times are from 7.30 a.m. to 5.15 p.m.
