The Innovation and Start-up Center for Biotechnology (IZB) offers flexibly designed, fully furnished laboratories (S1 standard) and office space at fair prices in order to simplify the step towards self-sufficiency.

All offices and labs possess a high level of basic technical facilities and are designed to precisely fit the needs of biotech start-ups. Our rentable units are conceived so that they can be rapidly and easily modified over the years to the changing needs of our start-ups.
