The Law Lab offers young biotech and life science startups concise online seminars providing practical legal knowledge. Experienced legal experts explain what matters at different stages of a startup’s development – clearly, practically, and with concrete insights and recommendations for real-world challenges.

Topics range from company formation and contractual IP protection to R&D collaborations, clinical development, investment agreements, and exit strategies. The Law Lab gives founders practical guidance on legal issues that are key to building and growing a successful biotech business.
