Pantherna will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of T-CURX. The acquisition aims to accelerate the clinical translation of T-CURX\u2019s CAR-T strategies, with a particular focus on in vivo generated CAR-T therapies.<\/p>\n

Following the acquisition, T-CURX announced a further major milestone in its development: on June 11, 2026, the company\u2019s non-viral Siglec-6-targeting lead CAR-T program, TCX-001, was approved by Swissmedic for a first-in-human Phase 1 clinical trial in patients with relapsed\/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The approval marks the transition of T-CURX from a preclinical to a clinical-stage biotech company and represents a key step in advancing its strategy to develop highly differentiated CAR-T products beyond currently addressed targets and indications.<\/p>\n

Building on this momentum, the acquisition further strengthens T-CURX\u2019s technological foundation by integrating complementary platform capabilities from both companies. The combined expertise of both companies leverages Pantherna\u2019s proprietary technology platforms for mRNA and LNPsto enhance and de-risk T-CURX\u2019s transposon-based, non-viral CAR-T technology. This approach is expected not only to advance CAR-T therapies for cancer indications but also to enable expansion into other therapeutic areas. The acquisition builds on a successful prior technology collaboration and preclinical validation of the combined technologies.<\/p>\n
